Shipping Policy
All orders ship from our warehouse in the Chicago area (Schiller Park, IL). We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more. Every 2-pack and 3-pack ships free.
- Orders under $35: flat $6.99 standard shipping.
Delivery times
- Midwest (IL, IN, WI, MI, OH, IA, MO, MN, KY): typically next business day after your order ships.
- Rest of the continental U.S.: 1–3 business days after your order ships.
- Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays and severe weather can add a day or two.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm CT on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 business days, email info@filterpilot.co and we'll chase it for you.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Address changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We can usually update it before the order ships, but we can't redirect a package once it's with the carrier.
